me&u has teamed up exclusively with Velocity Frequent Flyer, letting guests link accounts to earn or Pay with Points at thousands of venues nationwide-making every meal more rewarding.

Program Eligibility

Earn Velocity Points: Available only at participating venues using the me&u 2.0 platform (which account for the large majority of me&u customers)

Pay with Points: Available at all me&u venues in Australia on eligible transactions

Eligible transactions for Pay with Points are made with linked Visa Debit cards through Apple Pay or Google Pay, or Visa Credit cards. Spend limits, exclusions and T&Cs apply.

Step 1: Linking their account

Guests can link their me&u and Velocity accounts by using the In-venue by scanning the QR code at their table, or through the Velocity x me&u linking form.

Once linked, it stays saved for future visits. Guests will score 100 bonus points when they first link their account

Step 2: Earning Points

Linked guests automatically earn 1 Velocity Point per $5 spent when ordering eligible food and drinks at participating me&u venues.*

Step 3: Paying with Points

Guests can use their Velocity Points to retrospectively pay for their previous order through me&u.

For every 1,000 Points, they’ll get $5 off their bill.

They must use eligible Australian-issued visa card, that is linked to both their Velocity and me&u account.

After ordering and paying via me&u, guests will receive a Velocity app notification to prompt them to Pay with Points for their previous order. The guest would then get refunded by Velocity.

I’m having trouble linking my Velocity account

How do I confirm my Velocity account is linked?

After linking, head to the Settings section in your me&u account to confirm that your accounts are successfully linked.

When will my Velocity Points appear?

Velocity Points earned through me&u will appear in your Velocity account within 24 hours of completing an eligible order.

Can I earn Velocity Points at all me&u venues?

No - Points can only be earned at Participating Venues when you order through the me&u QR code, not with waitstaff.

Is there a limit to how many Points I can earn per order?

Yes. The maximum you can earn on a single eligible order is 1,000 Velocity Points.

How many Points do I earn on my orders?

Once linked, you’ll earn 1 Velocity Point for every $5 spent on eligible orders at Participating Venues.

Minimum eligible order: $5
Maximum eligible order: $5,000

Points are calculated on the purchase subtotal (including tax) after discounts or promotions.

Are any orders excluded from earning Points?

Yes - Payments made with Gift Cards don’t earn Points.

Any discounts or promotions applied to your order are also excluded.

How do I unlink my Velocity account from me&u?

Email support@meandu.com with the mobile number linked to your account and request to unlink your Velocity membership.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your accounts are de-linked.

How can I claim missing Velocity Points?

Email support@meandu.com with your receipt and mobile number linked to your me&u account.

What is Pay with Points?

Pay with Points lets you use your Velocity Points to pay for eligible purchases.

After making a purchase, you’ll receive a notification giving you the option to pay with Points.

Can I earn and use Points on the same transaction?

Yes - if you’ve linked both your Velocity and me&u accounts and your Visa card in the Velocity App:

You’ll earn Points when you order.

You’ll also receive a notification giving you the option to Pay with Points for that same eligible transaction.
