How it works for

venues

A me&u x Velocity promotional banner will appear at the bottom of your venue’s me&u menu when a guest scans your QR code. The banner will remain visible for up to 9 scans after which it will automatically be removed. There will be no change to your existing me&u menu or checkout flow.

Your venue will be featured under the ‘Earn & Pay with Points’ section on the Velocity website’s interactive map, helping guests discover participating locations.

Once a guest links their Velocity account, they’ll automatically earn Points on eligible transactions - meaning nothing changes in their ordering or payment process.

When guests choose to pay with Velocity Points, they’ll still order and pay through me&u as usual. The option to pay with Points is prompted separately in the Velocity app post transaction. This happens entirely outside of me&u and does not affect your payouts or reconciliation, which will continue as normal.
