Enable Charge to Room ordering for hotels using Infor HMS. Guests can order through me&u across hotel outlets and charge their order directly to their room. me&u validates the guest’s room number and last name with Infor HMS, confirms the charge can be posted, then posts the charge to the guest folio while sending the order to the POS for fulfilment.
