You can order from a smart visual menu and pay from your phone via PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and all major debit and credit cards without having to leave your table or your mates.

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, sign in by entering your mobile number if prompted. Under "My Account", tap "Order History". Here, you can see all the orders you have placed on me&u, and tap on them for a full breakdown of where the order was placed, when it was placed, what was ordered and what payment method you used.

Tap the profile icon in the top right corner, sign in by entering your mobile number if prompted. Under "My Account", tap "Order History". Tap on the order and select "Request Email Receipt". If there is no email attached to your account you will be prompted to add one. You will get a confirmation message that includes the email address the invoice was sent to. Occasionally these may go to your Spam folder.
Look for the profile icon in the top right if you haven't tapped on, or in the bottom left if you have. Once on the profile page select "Dietary Preferences" under the "My Account" heading. Select the filters that apply to you - it's that easy! Hit the back arrow and then the 'x' to go back to the menu and see how it only shows items with the filters you selected. Your preferences will be remembered, so every time you tap on with me&u you will see your custom menu suited to your preferences.
When orders are placed using me&u the payment is passed directly on to the venue, so any refunds must be arranged by the venue as we are not in possession of the payment. Please reach out to the venue with any refund queries, letting them know you used me&u to order and pay. Providing them with when you dined, your table number and name is super helpful - these details can be found on your tax invoice sent to you when you ordered.
