What is me&u Functions?

Do my guests need to create an account?
No. Guests sign in to their portal with a code sent to their email.
What is functions software?
Functions software is where a venue manages private events, from the first enquiry through to the final bill. It holds your enquiries and sales pipeline, proposals and contracts, deposits and invoices, event orders and run sheets. Most venues run it in a separate system from reservations, so the floor team sees a blocked table and nothing about the event on it. me&u Functions lives inside your reservations platform, so the event, the guest and the floor plan are all the same record.
How do guests pay?
Online through your venue's Stripe account, by card or bank payment. You can also record cash and bank transfers.
