Not visited in the last 3-6 months - send an offer ‘We Miss You’. 

Hey [name],

We miss you!

We haven’t seen you for a whil

We haven't seen you in our restaurant in over 6 months, and we're really starting to miss your smiling face. We know that you've been a loyal customer for many years, and we appreciate your business more than you know.

We've made a lot of changes to our restaurant since you last visited. We've updated our menu with new dishes, we've added a new bar, and we've even renovated our dining room. We think you'll be really impressed with the new look and feel of our restaurant.

We would love to see you back soon. We'll be waiting for you with open arms!

In the meantime, please let us know if there's anything we can do for you. We're always happy to help our guests in any way we can.

Thank you for being our customer. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Loyalty points push

Anyone who is close to reaching a point milestone e.g. 1000 points, send a reminder email e.g. ‘You are X points away from redeeming $5, book a table today!”. Some things worth communicating: If the customer generates X points, if the customer is only X points away from receiving an incentive/milestone, if the customer has been inactive for X period, or if the customer has used the app consistently.

You’re almost there!

Did you know you’re [number] points away from redeeming [offer]?

We can’t wait to reward you for your loyalty, so to celebrate your upcoming milestone, we’re offering you a special discount. If you come in and mention this email, you’ll get [offer].

See you soon!

Group visit

Anyone who has booked a table of more than 10 people in the last month, send an offer.

Hey [name],

Last time you dined with us, you brought a group of [number] people and we want to know how you got so many friends.

Since you’re clearly some sort of influencer, we want you back with all your mates again. Next time you dine with us, we’re offering you [offer]  ust for being popular.

We hope to see you again soon.
